   • Upload a profile image and 3-4 images showcasing their services/work.
   • Receive and leave reviews for other users.
   • Send encrypted messages to other users.

3. User Accounts

   3.1. Registration & Account Responsibility

   • You must register an account to create a business listing or interact with other users.
   • You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information.
   • You must keep your login credentials secure and not share them with others.

   3.2. Account Termination

   We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if users:

   • Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
   • Engage in harassment, abuse, or illegal activities.
   • Violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

   3.3. Account Deletion

   Users can request to delete their account at any time through their account settings. Upon account deletion:

   • Your business listing will be permanently removed
   • Your profile information will be deleted from our database
   • Your uploaded images will be removed from our servers
   • Your sent messages will be deleted, but received messages will remain in other users' inboxes
   • Reviews about your business will be removed along with your listing

   Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You'll need to create a new account if you wish to use our services again.

4. User-Generated Content

   4.1. Ownership and Usage Rights

   • You own the content you upload (business listings, reviews, images, messages).
   • By submitting content, you grant Find Creatives a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content within the Platform.

   4.2. Prohibited Content

   Users may not upload or share content that:

   • Is false, misleading, defamatory, or harmful.
   • Contains hate speech, discrimination, or harassment.
   • Promotes illegal or harmful activities.
   • Violates intellectual property rights.

   We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

5. User Reviews and Ratings

   • Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experiences.
   • Fake or misleading reviews are strictly prohibited.
   • Find Creatives does not verify reviews but may remove content that appears fraudulent or abusive.

6. Messaging System & Data Protection

   6.1. Private Messaging

   • Users can send private messages to each other via Find Creatives.
   • Messages are encrypted in the database for security.

   6.2. Monitoring & Abuse

   • While messages are encrypted, Find Creatives reserves the right to investigate reports of abuse, harassment, or illegal activity.
   • Users found violating these Terms through messages may face suspension or permanent removal.

7. Image Uploads and Usage

   • Users may upload a profile picture and 3-4 images showcasing their services.
   • Images must be relevant to the business and comply with legal and ethical standards.
   • We reserve the right to remove inappropriate or unauthorized images.

8. Platform Updates

   • We may introduce new features and functionality to enhance the platform experience.
   • Any significant changes will be communicated to users via email or notifications on the platform.

   • We value user feedback and suggestions for platform improvements.

9. Limitation of Liability

   • Find Creatives provides the Platform "as is" without guarantees about accuracy or availability.

    Your use of Find Creatives is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with Australian privacy laws.
