I adore the craft of food. Working in restaurants, the buzz of energy coming from the kitchen, the pleasure of the guests, and the beauty of the food, this is the environment in which I thrive.

I spend my free time foraging and cooking wild greens, fermenting anything I can get my hands on, and daydreaming in cookbooks.
