I'm Julian Kelly, a photographer, director and art director based in Melbourne.
I spent a decade in the USA, including three years as Global Art Director at PUMA, shooting and directing campaigns for PUMA and working independently with brands including Nike, Jordan, Ray-Ban and Vogue.
I shoot youthful and high energy. Sometimes that's neon and joy, sometimes it's shadow and grain. Whatever the brand needs, the idea picks the camera. Stills on digital, 35mm and 120. Motion on Super 8, 16mm and Mini DV. CGI throughout.
Because I work across concept, camera, edit and CGI, brands get a campaign end to end from one person rather than a chain of suppliers. Concept, camera, edit, CGI. All of it, me.
