Demetri "Dimi" Conias is the founder of Bris.Social, an independent creative studio in Brisbane. It's deliberately not an agency. For more than a decade he's made video, photography and social media content for local businesses, and he still does the work himself: he plans the strategy, casts the talent, shoots, edits and posts.

Dimi works with a small roster of Brisbane businesses on monthly retainers. They span hospitality, fitness, property, pet and consumer brands. Clients deal with him directly and face to face, with no account managers or handoffs.
